well only by one pound, but hey, i'm happy!!! especially considering i don't have much more to lose...FINALLY... the weird part is, i was so scared to be thin again?! isn't that weird? but the closer i get to goal, the more comfortable i feel... has anyone else felt this way?

    - one MAJOR thing that is helping my weight loss, people listen up.... eating small meals throughout the day...i swear by it! your metabolism works faster because your body doesn't feel like it's starving (not that it does only eating 3 meals a day) but i just feel it works faster!!!

    don't give up...this REALLY works!!!!

        Re: whooooosh

        thanks guys

i haven't discovered my ccll yet. i'm going to finish my 12 days of induction first then move on to owl...hopefully by then...

i know dr. atkins said to move on when you only have 5-10lbs to lose but my ultimate goal is 110-115 but i don't like to write it down as it kind of discourages me...hee hee...so for now my goal is 120!!!

No - Dr Atkins says to move to premaintenance when you have 5-10 pounds to lose - not OWL. He assumes you will have climbed the OWL ladder by that time!!

thanks ginny..you are doing great yourself!!!!

elizellen - ohhh pre-maintenance.... see i haven't been doing atkins wol for awhile and i started back on may 26...so i thought i would have to do induction first in order to get my ketosis in order.... and then move to owl then pre-maintenance... am i wrong in this? thanks for your never ending help and support!!!

How long have you been off Atkins? How far up the OWL ladder did you get before?

                    Re: whooooosh

In that case I would start to reclimb the OWL ladder once you are firmly in ketosis and have lost any cravings you might have experienced on induction.
