HELP! what to order at the chinese?

we are having a chinese take away meal tonite, is there anything legal i can have?

i was going to get the chicken and mushroom soup, followed by chicken and cashew nuts. Anyone know if this would be ok?

The thing with restaurants is we don't know exactly what they put in their meals. I would ask what they add. Perhaps even if they have the nutritional facts. Just tell them you don't eat carbs or sugar, they should be helpful. It also depends on what phase you are on.
