    Hey - I posted this elsewere - go to Amazon.com and type in "low carb" - select Gourmet foods. You'll find pancake mix, granola, oatmeal, and cereal.

    I just ordered a selection. The Hi-Lo cereal got very good reviews. The FlaxZ cereals did too. I think the Dixie Oatmeal might be the old Atkins stuff which is so-so.

      Ref the one minute muffin recipe - as it uses 1/4 cup of ground flax it would be too much for induction unless you have found that you need to eat this much in order to cure constipation.

      Better to start adding flax by trying only one tablespoonsworth initially. So make several small muffins instead of one big one and space them over several days!!
