    Hello

    Hi,

I just started the Atkins diet on Sunday and just wanted to introduce myself. I have a question, maybe someone can answer it. Walden Farms salad dressing has no calories is that allowed in the induction weeks and if it is can I use it sparingly since it has no calories?

    Re: Hello

Read the ingredients. If they are on the Induction acceptable foods list, then the dressing is Induction friendly.

      Re: Hello

I just looked it up on calorieking.com and it seems like the only thing listed for it is sodium on the nutritional label, but there isn't an ingredient list. I also went to Walden Farm's web page, but alas, no ingredient list. They seem to target low-carbers for their products, and even though it is zero calories, zero carbs, and so forth, knowing what's inside that bottle of dressing is important because you don't want a particular item to cause cravings or other ill effects. If you do decide to use the product, using it sparingly is a good idea since too much sodium can cause water retention.

Calories dontr matter, make sure you look at and count the carbs. That's what matters. God Bless, Joe
