Hi Everyone,
I was reading the boards today and someone said if they drink a gallon of water a day they lose 1/2 pound a day
if they don't their weightloss slows to a small amount a week.
If off work at the moment so I have lots of time to waste going to the bathroom every 15 mins.
Is there anyone out there like me. I hate water
, I don't drink water. If I really try I might drink one glass a day but it will take me 30 mins.
I am on week 7 of ongoing induction and I still haven't got to the water yet. I drink decaf instant coffee hot at breakfast and mid morning and then a cold version at lunch. I do not drink soda's or anything else.
I tried putting a slice of fresh ginger in a glass of water but it did not have any flavor, maybe I need to put it in the blender.
Does anyone who HATES water have any suggestions to flavor water while staying within induction guidelines.
I have lost 17.5 pounds.
