    6lbs loss in 5 days

    Hi all
    Ive just weighed myself 5 days into the atkins and have already lost 6 lbs. now thats what i call a good start.
    It gives me incentive to carry on only 124lbs to go

    FIRST GOAL 279 LBS
    SECOND GOAL 244 LBS
    FINAL GOAL 210 LBS

      Dave, Way to go! It is always amazing to see just how much you lose so quickly! It's a fantastic start for you! Thanks for posting, I always enjoy hearing about successes! Good luck with losing the rest, I'm sure you can do it!!

              You guys have all the luck! Took me two months to lose 5 pounds. LOL Congratulations Dave, sounds like you are off to a great start and this initial loss really is a great motivator, isn't it?
