Good Morning my fellow atkineers, 
not feeling especially happy this morning, weighed in today and i lost only 1/2 pound. this is from two weeks ago. i have lost 1 inch around my waist, and 1/2 inch from around my bust. I have to admit its a good thing, but not too excited since i didnt see too much weight lost. Honestly, i know it is not all about the weight loss,but cant convince my self to be happy with what i have lost. i have been working out twice a day. once when my kids are at swimming lessons (1 mile on the track), and at my gym (2-3 miles on the treadmill or eliptical trainer). I just thought with doing that for three- four days a week i would finally be under the 200 pound mark (hadnt been under 200lbs since sept 2005), but it didnt happen this week. maybe my expectations were a little too high.
