the jazzercise has been the most fun thing I have ever done exercise wise. i thought I weighed too much and I have bad knees but they adapt it to your ability in each class. it is a blast!

While you may still weigh too much, you weigh a lot less than you did before and that is fantastic! Just think how much higher your weight could be if you had not started Atkins when you did! Congratulations!
