Re: dreaming of forbidden food
it happens. people love their carbs, and yes people me included have had carb dreams. the amazing thing is you wake up and don't remember at first if you ate the carbs are not.

Re: dreaming of forbidden food
At least you were only dreaming. The last two nights I've gotten up in the middle of the night and ate non-atkins food. I was sort-of in a dream state, but I definately ate the food. So. Be glad it was just a dream!

Re: dreaming of forbidden food
Have you any way to make sure you only have 'legal' food available, Michelle? Then if you did eat something you would still be on track regarding the kind of food you were eating in the night.Originally posted by michellekw23 View PostAt least you were only dreaming. But I know that I did get bord with eatting the same foods and was wanting some sweets or some thing that reminded me of sweets and made some of sugarfreesheilas fudge and all was well again. I had just enough of something sweet to move on and continue.

Re: dreaming of forbidden food
Hi Elizellen,
Yes, I can get rid of the non-legal foods in my fridge. I'll do it today. I'm sort-of kicking myself for not doing it after the first night of sleep-eating. I guess I just thought the first night was a one of a kind thing...weird.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Re: dreaming of forbidden food
Dreams!!! Yes, I too have dreamt of eating forbidden foods. I woke up really mad at myself and then realized it was a dream. For me it was really a good thing, because I may have given in to temptation later that day if not for remembering how po'ed I was at myself in the dream. So, it saved me later. Funny though I can not remember everything I ate in my dream, but I do remember the bananna cream pie!!! Oh... I sure do miss them.Love, Light and Blessings
