Anybody ever try Flax Z Snax, Flax Z Snax (Formerly Called Low Carb Success) No Sugar Added Granola ?

These things are showing 1 net gram. Frankly, despite the flax - it is frankenfood - but, they are really, really tasty.

I do love the "laxative" warning. Nice.

UPDATE: OK - These things are delicious - but DON'T EAT THEM. While they say 1net gram - I dropped RIGHT OUT OF KETOSIS eating these things. No clue how or why - but I measure all the time - I'd been eating OK - I went WHOOSH out of ketosis and weight loss stopped dead.
