All the greek yogurt for sale around here is nonfat, lowfat or 2%.
Is it possible to just buy regular full-fat yogurt and do the straining myself? How long would it take?

I think just a few hours would have made it Fage full-fat thick. This is almost as thick as cream cheese! Tastes great! Now I wonder what I should use for nutritional values......
