I'm just wondering,
you know how when you eat below a certain amount of calories and you're losing weight and then you increase them, and you start gaining weight...
Does the same apply for carbs?
Okay, example: (hypothetical)
My carb count has been 60 g (let's say that's my CCL) for several months but then I get sick and I loose my appetite and I can only get in 15-20 g for a week. Then I get better and I go back to 60 g, will my fat metabolism be slowed because of the dip then sudden increase. Or will I still continue to lose because I am maintaining my CCL, regardless of the drastic drop?
It doesn't say anything about it in the book so I'm just wondering if anyone knows from experience or from research.
Thanks for taking the time to read yet another Jane question....
