I just moved from the states to Canada, and all of my personal belongings are still in the states, so im going go ahead and order another Atkins book from Amazon.com, Could someone please give me details to ensure i buy the correct one, I see that there is a white cover one, and then there is one that has yellow, red and blue.

This board goes by the 2002 version of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, and I've seen it with several different covers. TROUBLE is, these are kind of tricky to find. I recently loaned my book to someone, and it is clear that I am never getting it back, so I had to replace it. When I tried to order it off Amazon.com, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. The copyright on them was 2003, and they are hardcover. I checked Barnes and Noble, and had problems as well. Most places I have checked online are either the wrong copyright, or have to be special ordered and will take weeks. I know that a lot of people have gotten it off of Ebay really cheap, but I've never used Ebay for anything.

Good news is, that I walked into a Books-A-Million store yesterday and bought one right off of the shelf. I just checked their website, and found that they have a few options with the right copyright date in stock. Just make sure to read the decriptions carefully to make sure you are getting a book (they also have CD's available) with the correct year - 2002.

I just checked Amazon.com again, and saw that while they don't offer the 2002 edition of the book as new, they do have sellers that you can buy one used or new through. I've never bought a book that way, so I can't comment on that. I've always gotten new books. The one with either the red cover or the white cover is correct - just watch that date! There are some with white covers that aren't the correct edition.

Yes it is very confusing, because it will say 2002 edition but also say revised.
So is it suppose to be a revised addition...haha im having trouble here.
I think it would be the first one on the list from the site you gave me. correct?

Yes, it can be confusing. It is OK for it to say "Revised" on it as long as the copyright is 2002, because Dr. Atkins himself revised his 1992 book with the 2002 book. And yes, if you decide to order from www.booksamillion.com, the first one with the red cover is correct.

This is the one i got off ebay. White hardback, easier reading than paperback if your old like me. Red one is paperback, small print.
