Does anyone take this combination? On another site I used to belong to they swore by it, swearing that it reduces belly fat. I purchase some and have been taking it. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I guess you will be able to tell us soon. But how will you know whether it is from taking that or from following Atkins?? I will say that the CLA is ringing an Atkins bell for me. Yes, I belong to another forum where they have a section where that's all they talk about. Some have been on atkins for a while and when they started taking the combo they started losing inches real fast. They said it could take a couple months to see results although some saw results in a couple of weeks. I took the combo for about 8 months. To take the amounts they suggest the cla alone cost me about 30 dollars a month. All I lost in those 8 months were 30 dollars a month. Every body is different I suppose but that's my experience. In fact, it seem to stall me a bit.My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four. Unless there are three other people.
