    Coming here for opinions...

I bought NuNaturals Clear Liquid Stevia. I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried this brand before and if they liked/disliked it. They had a lot of variety and even an alcohol free product. Would love to hear from someone before I open this expensive bottle up

Hi TheDogAteMyName, Been using splenda, but just recently bought NuNaturals sweetener packets. Know this is not what you asked but since no one replied so far... Anyway, i like the packets, use them with my coffee. They taste good! Found i can get Stevia at my local Kroger store. Hope this helps.

My brand is NOW...has a slight liqurice taste to it. Not unpleasant. I can't imagine there being too much difference to them all.

        Re: Liquid Stevia

i just bought some liquid stevia and it is so weak that i have to squirt 5 massive amounts in to get any sweet taste. It literally tastes like vauely sweet water. I dont know why! It says maximum strength 'just a few drops is sweeter than a tsp of sugar'... ????

This helps! I'm almost afraid to squeeze it into my morning coffee. I've been using Sweet N Low for many years now so this is different for me. I did try the liquid before but I cannot remember which one it was by NuNaturals. Whichever one it was...it was really good.

            Re: Liquid Stevia

I have tried just about every liquid Stevia there is, and have happily settled with Sweetleaf Stevia Clear. I don't remember much about the others except that some were bitter, some were weak in sweetening power, some tasted strongly of alcohol.
Always start with just a couple of drops and add as needed so it's sweet to your taste, but not overpowering. You eventually get the feel for it. i use a full "eyedropper" full (it comes with it's own eyedropper as a lid)in a 10 cup pot of coffee.

I just bought sweetleaf brand and LOVE it. That said, I'm still getting used to how much to use. too little, not sweet enough, too much and it's bitter. You'll have to test it out, start with two drops and go from there until you find the right amount. I don't drink coffee and use 4 drops in a cup of yogurt.
