Can someone tell me how do I get the attachment that most of you have, that shows your weight progress with that cute bar?!?

I believe most people are using the tickerfactory website to create their progress bar and then pasting the code into their signature. You edit your signature under your control panel, which is the first link at the blue bar at top of this page. My experience has been that the new signature (i.e. ticker) will not show up in old posts, but will look just fine in future posts. Good luck!

go to tickerfactory.com create your ticker, then when you are done, it will give you a link to copy. you can then update your signature on here and paste the link into your signature.

also, there are tickers available to create from ADBB also. at the top of the screen, there is the word "Tickers" that you can go to and create on there also.

the ticker does attach itself to all old posts.. mine did anyway

Yes, when I updated mine it also updated all my old posts. Yes, so once you've picked out your ticker and little measure icon and input your weight, and optional BMI and waist measurements tickerfactory.com should give you two links. You want the one that says something about forums. Copy that then go to your user cp page here, go to edit signature and in the box paste it. Click save signature then you can check to make sure it worked by clicking edit signature again at which point you will (should) see in the box your ticker image. All set! Hope I've helped

Or you can also get an ADBB ticker by clicking on the link in the Blue bar at the top of each page
