  • I'm back - Once Again!

    Hi everyone!

I am back once again....same old story. It seems that I just cannot get control of my eating habits. I did Atkins several years ago and lost 70 lbs without any problems - ended up going through so much personal stuff that I put it back on.

I have restarted the plan several times and lost about 15 or 20 lbs and then of course the personal life stuff kicks in again and wham I'm back off - once again.

So here I am - trying my best to stick with it - I've been cheat-free for 3 whole days! I know I have such a long long way to go. But there is no better place to start than now.

I know the plan works - I've proved it to myself. It didn't let me down. I let it down along with myself!

But I'm back and ready to fight for a more healthier life!

    Pamela

Welcome back again! I am on my second time around also. Make sure to reread your copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 edition). Sometimes we second-timers think we know it all, but there's a lot to be forgotten.

Welcome and WOW!! You previously lost 70 pounds doing Atkin's and you put it all back on?? I dont wanna sound crude or anything like that , but didnt you realize that most of it was coming back? How long did it take to regain all that weight back after your tremendous loss? Shame going through all that and doing that well, but anyhow best of luck to you this time around. Stay true to yourself and focus on your goal. Evidently you do know what to do,you've done it already once before,so let's get going. God Bless, joe
