Re: Im Finally Doing It!!!!!!!!!!
And measure yourself NOW! Don't go by that number on the scale. Go by the changes in your body. MY goal weight is about 165. That's a lot and I am not that tall. But, I know that with my muscle mass I am going to be skinnier at 165 than I was as a teen at 137. So measure yourself--biceps, chest, waist, hips, thigh, neck. Those are the numbers to be looking at! So glad you took the plunge. I really feel you will see a HUGE change in your body, and then the scale number may not even matter so much.

Good for you! Stay off that evil scale!!!
Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!
Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.

Good for you
Another way to keep track of inches lost or rearranging themselves is to find a really tight outfit and photo yourself in it so you have a comparison to check against once it starts to get loose on your body.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
