I am curious if any of you have researched this.
I have always been told that the reason weight is regained so easily is that when you lose weight, your fat cells shrink but they are not destroyed. I am wondering though if the low carb method, with ketosis destroys the actual fat cells or like other diets merelyemptys the contents and shrinks them.

Very sad but true. Thats why people gain everything back so fast: fat cells just happily balooning back and even more.
