  • Induction starting tommorow -17th July

    Hi all
    There appears to be alot of new names since Feb when I was in here. I was doing so well and then...well I wont make excuses, I couldnt concentrate and fell of the atkins wagon.

    I dont wish to dwell on the past, im interested in the future, so with my mind in the corrrect frame and no distractions, I am starting tommorow....
