I am into the Atkins diet 6 weeks. I'm still doing the induction phase because I've not lost any weight. I'm trying to lose less than 20 pounds which is probably the stalled weight loss but I have lost a 1/2 inch of fat off of my legs. My sticks are turning dark purple. I seem to be sensitive to Diet Rite, Cheese, Heavy Cream, and Splenda. And alas, I'm addicted to soda and sugar. I know that if I could cut these things out completely I would lose a few pounds. Does anyone have any ideas for replacement food for these items. Also, my carb intake is 10-15 per day

if they are a problem for you your best bet would be to lose them altogether instead of making a replacement. If you replace instead of remove or hold your ground you will just be in the same boat again with the replacement. You are also going to need to drink more water if the ketostix are purple. All those really are is guide to let you know if you need your system flushed more. They work up until roughly 50gms.
