  • Lost 5 from 150 in the first week of Intro!!!

    Hi all,
    I weigh 145 today!! I am so happy. I was very shaky from the begining. But I got to say this is the best diet I have ever tried. If you are determined you will loose very fast.
    I will be starting the 8th day of my Introduction.

    I wan to add some things for the people who loose bit slower. I was very shaky in the first half of my introduction. It is not that I cheated but sometimes I ate the food which is not allowed not knowing. I read the book only once as it is from one of my friend. So there were lots of unknown and I posted my menus each and everyday. The people here were so kind and they commented added very valuable informations there.
    What I want to say is despite of everything I kept somethings very straight. I drank the water recommended each and every day without any fail also I did exercises 50 minutes. Every 10 minutes I swapped exercise bicycle to treadmil till fill up my 50 minutes. Each and everyday I improved my Atkin menu with the support here

      Fantastic Renie1990, you are on your way. That is a nice loss considering your current weight. Good job at sticking to it! Just goes to show you don't have to be perfect for this WOE/WOL to work.

        Good for you! Now, you don't have much to lose so don't forget to OWL. Its key to keeping the weight off for life. You should be so proud of yourself!
        Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!

                Thanks Fat for now, Murphy's mom, dessert Rain,lisa ,Elizzelen for the kind words. Do you know what kept me loosing so far and sticking in to the plan? The kind words and the encouragement people gives me here. I have been dieting earlier too. But I couldn't stick to the plan like this. Thanks so much!!!
