    KETO strips????

    Hey anyone in the oklahoma area who is using ketosis strips, can you let me know the name brand that you are using? I am in Canada and my friend who live in Oklahoma city is coming to see me, and I want him to bring me some from there...
    he is heading to walmart soon... any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry, I have never used them. I just figure I must be in Ketosis because I am following the plan (at least I hope so LOL). I have been tempted to buy some, but I am not sure how accurate they are. I have read that they depend on many factors.
    Ok, sorry. Back to YOUR question! I don't know. LOL

      One brand is Ketostix but I found them unreliable for me and stopped using them years ago.
