    New Start Again

    Hello All,

    i've been away for a little while and have decided to give Atkins one more try. This time i am more positive and i will do it. i'm going to take it slow and hopefully by christmas i'll reach my target. I've finally realised that i can't expect my body to take care of me if i don't take care of it.

          yeah i'm switching it up and gonna go back on the atkins tomorrow. I had good results with it in the past and now that I frequent the gym it should work even better.
