Can i just eat fish or do i have to have meat as i really can't stand eating meat but if i have to i will but i would like to just eat different types of fish is this ok?
Sure as long as you are getting enough fat and protein to keep within the 65-30-5 ratios. I know someone on here that is on the plan and she's a vegetarian.
Any animal protein is allowed during Atkins. As sugar wrote, you have to make sure it is prepared in an Atkins legal way.
I would also like to add as a precaution that there are some fish species that have a higher than desirable lead and other metal (arsenic, etc.) content than others. So be sure you aren't eating those fish in excess.
