  • atkins shakes

I am on the whole grains rung now and know I can have these everyonce in a while if I need them and at my job and especially now that I am having horrible gallbladder attacks where I have to be so careful about what I eat because meat and fatty stuff sets it off (I have surgery scheduled the 4th so just need to hold over till then)

Anyway, I like the premade ones and they really keep me full and so far arent giving me gallbladder probs but they are soooo expensive. I know you can buy the powdered mixes but hear they arent as good. Anyone know a flavor or a brand of atkins friendly meal replacement shakes that are good and know where to get them online at a nice price?

    Re: atkins shakes

they're WAY WAY too expensive. i found them at safeway in those 4-pack boxes for 2/10.00 and stocked up, cause that's like half off!

I don't drink them anymore, but i used to all the time. Although I am pretty much off shakes completely, there was a time, when i decided not to spend that money and just bought giant containers of whey protein mix. i find it pretty satisfying and it's really good for you as your after-workout protein.
