I am not sure to say what my final goal should be. I'm 6'0". I started a week ago around 208, but I've been as high as 212.
I'm down to 197 in about ten days, which is awesome, and between small and moderate ketosis.
Most of my adult life I was about 182. But I felt a little gaunt in the face at that weight.
I looked on one of those height/weight scales and it said I should be between 160-196. Gee, thanks for nailing the the data.
My BMI right now is 26.9
I'm thinking of about 186-188
Any feedback?
