Question about a thread

I'm sorry, but I've looked through everything I can find There is a thread by someone (A sticky) that was very uplifting about the Atkins and low-carb way of eating. How weight isn't the only way to tell Someone had commented that it even needed to be an addition to the DANDR book. I hope someone knows the thread I'm talking about. Thanks so much!
