I swear sometimes i think my body just LIKES to be fat and my mind HATES it ... i have been at the same weight for almost a month now ... well, actually i keep bouncing between 184 & 188 .. for like a month now ...
Thats ok though cause eventually i WILL get past this slump (cause i know i can make improvements) So my plan is to really kick carb butt for the next two weeks and see how things turn out .. Im not gonna weigh till then..
and im gonna completely cut out coffee and soda too !!
