  • Camping...and it was not good

    Worked SO hard! Lost weight....ill prepared for camping and cheated miserably. I DO NOT know why I did it. I feel SO bad and guilty. I could cry I do not understand myself. It is JUST FOOD!!

    You know your are right it is just food, that is why I messed up today and ate a peach and a plum. Guilty!!! Me too. Lets just forget about it and start again and go full force into being losers.
    I have a little more to lose than you, but I think it feels the same when we goof a little. Hang in there, we'll make it.

      I agree with SueSue1212, good for you for coming back. Today you will start again and next time you will be prepared. Don't starve yourself on this way of eating. Keep yourself content with good food

            Too some, us here on this forum, food is an addiction. I prepare whenever I go away. Whether it be a day trip or a week-long trip, it's better to be ready then to splurge. In as fast as 1 weekend, most of your accomplishments could be wiped away. God Bless,Joe

              Most of us might succumb to the same conclusion if we were ill prepared. You learned a valuable lesson (assuming you aren't ill prepared in the future). Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and climb back up on the horse -- or is it a cow on this WOE??

                It's OK- jump back on!! It's a learning experience~ one weekend is not going to ruin it all for you- have a GREAT low carb week, go shopping and get some yummy low carb favorites. Drink lots of water and squeeze in a little more exercise this week
