cream cheese has sugar -- can I still eat it?

Cream cheese is on the list. The label on my Philadelphia says it has sugar. Is there another brand without sugar or can I eat the Philadelphia?

I use the Philadelphia brand, just watch your portions and dont go over the 3-4 ounces permitted of cheeses in a day. God bless,Joe

It is made from milk and cream, which naturally contain a bit of sugar. There isn't added sugar, and in moderation it is okay, and a tasty way to get your fat.
