After going AWOL for 4 days from this diet I restarted induction yesterday.. and OH MY the headache has hit me today.. I had forgotten what it feels like to withdraw.. so today I will be in love with my water and aleve bottles. IT's funny how quickly we forget though. Kind of like how women "forget" the intensity of labor pains until we're back in the delivery room haha..

Sucks, doesn't it. I had the worst headache during induction, but luckily, I haven't had one like it since. You'll make it through, and hopefully this little bump in the road will make you more committed to staying away from the cheats!
