I just got into an argument with a coworker because of his comment on how my WOL is bad for me in the long run. Eating saturated fat is bad for me, yada yada. Studies show it is bad for me. I looked him in the eye and said you are misinformed! My WOL is what it is and I'd bet anything it is better for me than his eating habits....junk...junk. and more junk. He munches from the moment he sits in his desk until he goes home.
