I've been doing Atkins for about four weeks and seen some major improvements. (I did Atkins four years ago and lost 60 pounds but have gained about 40 of it back...)
So what I'm wondering is, what are some of your less obvious, non-traditional goals for weight loss? Everyone is hoping to get thin, look better, feel better, fit into skinny jeans, etc. But what else?
I'll start. This will sound strange (but I'm not too embarrassed), but I've always been fat throughout my life, and I've never been able to clearly see my Adam's Apple. So, my small goal is to lose enough weight that it's visible to me! (Strange, I know!)
Anyway, what kind of different goals do you all have for weight loss?
