Is it okay to have fiber supplements on atkins, my doctor suggested that I take some to add some regularity. I bought some with no sugar added but I noticed that it did have 6 carbs. Does these carbs count toward my 20 on induction? Help!!!!

I count every little carb the label lists. I don't subtract "net carbs"
I use Cutrucel and it lists 0 carbs. They are tablets

You count the carbs but not the fiber. So subtract the fiber. Whatever is left you count.Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"
