    Hi again

    Hi everyone. I used to post here back in 2006 but due to new job had to stop for a while. Sorry to say I also stopped this WOE during that time as well. But I am back and determined to see it thru all the way to goal this time even though this is my 4th or 5th try I don't even know anymore. All I know is Atkins is the only thing that has worked for me so this is where I need to be.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      I'm on round 3 with several false starts in between. look at it this way....practice makes perfect
