  • Stomach ache......

    and feeling kinda blah today

    Is that pretty normal for day 5 of induction???
    SW Before Atkins 228 (Lost 6lbs in July)
    SW-222 ( 8/4/08 )
    CW-185 ( 1/9/09 )
    GW-145

    Mini Goals-
    1st Goal-199 lbs. made it 9/10/08
    2nd Goal-175 lbs.

    *Summer Goal by 6/1/09 to weigh 165

    my tummy usually hurts because I'm constipated-I add fiber supliments to my diet...it helps-watch out though sometimes this can really mess up your bowels-and makes you wonder is it worth it-thats your call...for me -its worth it.

      My tummy has been hurting a lot lately, too, and I'm at the beginning of induction. Hopefully psyllium will help. Maybe your body is just readjusting to the less bulky types of food that you're eating now. I hope you feel better soon. Remember to drink lots of water, too.

        Cutitootie is right - constipation can give you tummy aches. Before I realised this I thought I had appendicitis and went to see my doctor It was a relief (but embarrassing) to be told it was 'only ' constipation .
