Fitday Acronyms?

    Fitday Acronyms?

    OK, I'm tired of guessing. Fitday likes to use two acronyms a lot and I'd love to know what they mean. I'm assuming NS is "not sure", and I have absolutely no idea what NFS might mean. Can someone solve the mystery for me?

    (Extra credit if you can explain the logic behind why a search for "steak" gives me several results, yet I have to scroll for a literal "slab of beef"!)

        One is specified to a lesser degree.

        They sound pretty similar, I agree. When logging foods into fitday, I try to avoid NS and NFS because it's not giving me an accurate picture of what I'm really eating.
