A new study published in International Journal of Obesity this week showed that people who ate eggs instead of bagels for breakfast while dieting lost more weight. Not only that they lost more inches and more body fat. The study also reported that "total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides, did not differ between the groups." Great isn't it?
