Okay Guys, I'm not hungry but I know I haven't eaten enough calories for today. Been having this problem for 2 days now. I'm just not hungry, I've been exercising and taking my supplements. I just feel full all the time. All I want to do is drink water. Example of my Daily Meals.
Morning: Atkins Shake ( I don't have time to cook breakfast)
also later in the morning possibly ( 2fried eggs & 2 slices of Bacon)
Afternoon: Salad (Possibly Ceaser or Garden) 2 tlsp of Ranch Dressing
Evening: I go to the Gym directly after work. By this time I'm usually not hungry, but if I am I have some chicken. That's about all I can Stomach
I drink about a Gallon of water a day. Hate the taste of diet drinks.
Supplements:
Flax Seed Oil
Omega 3-6-9
Multi Vitamin
Vitamin E
Am I doing something wrong?
