Has anyone heard of the lose belly fat diet. You are supposed to have a serving of MUFA with each meal. Foods include almonds, olives, avocados, olive oil, and chocolate. I guess everything sounds OK but the chocolate. I think this is doable with Atkins. I heard about it on the Rachel Ray show. I can't remember what MUFA stands for. Mono unsaturated fatty aminos??????? That doesn't sound right to me.
