I am in the Induction phase... I thought we were supposed to be looking at 20g net carbs/day, but when in low-carb cookbooks (Linda's Low Carb cookbooks, SugarFreeSheila.com recipes, FitDay.com), they all show Carbs.
Therefore, should I be going by net carbs or just carbs?
If the recipe shows # carbs, should I be using Atkins' Acceptable Foods list (on atkins.com) and measuring a separate count for net carbs?
