  • please help me with my question people!!!

    ok,question......yesterday on day 4 i weighed myself at around 6 pm.i weighed 199.this morning on day five a half an hour after waking up,i weighed 197.so which should i go by?fact is though that ever since i had my baby in march,the scale has not once said 197.but wich weight is more accurate????please help me on that one....

    Hi Desiree-
    Most ADBB-ers who have shared their weigh-in strategy actually weigh in after visiting the bathroom first thing in the morning. This gives you a consistent measurement point...and supports your lower number lol.

      Whichever one you chose to go by (I always like picking the lower number ) just make sure you weigh yourself at the same time, under the same circumstances the next time. Also, try not to weigh yourself everyday. There are so many reason's our weight can fluctuate and it can be disappointing to see the scale go up instead of down. Once a week is the common recommendation over here. Weigh to go on your loss thus far!

          you might not be over if you haven't deducted your fiber.

          as per the book, dt. atkins did not want anyone to weigh during the first two weeks of induction.
