Hello,
I know food labels has a total carb count, but underneath may be several sub-groups such as Dietary Fiber, Sugar, Sugar Alcohols.
What I have been doing to get my "net carbs" count is taking the total carb count and subtracting all the "sub-groups" (dietary fiber, sugar, and sugar alcohols) to get my net carb count.
Am I doing this correctly?
Now, I thought I saw a post where I'm only supposed to minus the amount of dietary fiber only??
