    Has anyone done a Cleanse doing Atkins?

    My first two weeks of induction are over today. I will be doing an extended induction but would like to begin doing a "cleanse" tomorrow (off work for another few weeks) It is Duo-Action Cleanse -all herbal. I've had these products since December and would like to use them before they expire. Does anyone have any with experience this? Any suggestions?

    I use and sell Almighty Cleanse and yes I have done it on Atkins and I dropped 7 lbs. over the next week... W/O the potty problems. I love the Almighty Cleanse because I don't have to worry about the potty problems at work. Best of Luck

      Thanks Suesue! If it causes me grief I'll know of an alternative... but I'm hoping for some good results!

        When are you starting? Yes, please let us know what happens. I was contemplating doing the "The Cleaner". Has anyone else done that one with good results. I've really been thinking about a colon cleanse or even colonics as my tummy feels a bit bloated for a little longer than I would like. Sorry if TMI but, although I have been having BM's every other day or so, I don't feel like input=output (in any relative matter, well unless I magically turn into a mouse once I sit on the potty lol).

          I was going to start today but forgot I have about 4 hrs of tennis (morn & evening) so tomorrow will be a better time to start-in case of less than desirable effects-hehe.

            So here's a mini update so far. The first day- after taking the first tablets (you take them twice a day)-I went shopping. After about an hour-I needed to find a washroom- quick! The one in the store was flooded and closed and -OMG -I was so amazed that I actually made it home in time!!!
            After this -it has been pretty much fine. I had a few good clean outs but nothing that was that uncomfortable to deal with.(..however, if anyone accidently wanders into that washroom afterwards... I could be charged with manslaughter..)

            Feeling quite good though!
