i wanted to know if i can take my 2 fiber pills every night.they together have 8 grams of fiber,and 4 grams of dietary fiber.i know what i can eat,but i only count 20 carbs on the label,correct?so 20 all together.what is a net carb?need help pls..lol

I would assume a carb is a carb since we count our veggie carbs so I say count them. Net carbs are the carbs after you subtract the fiber carbs.

I am confused by the math in your post. Your fiber pills have 4 grams fiber and 4 grams of other carbs in them? Not sure where you got the 20 carbs from. I think there are better products out there to buy for your fiber.
