After being on the diet for 4 weeks, I find that I am never hungry. How much should I force myself to eat on a daily basis? Calories, Fats, Carbo...etc.?

If you have DANDR, a typical OWL menu is on page 380. (Assuming you are on OWL 4 weeks in...) It runs like this,
BR, two eggs, two strips bacon
Lunch
Bunless turkey burger with pepper jack cheese and green salsa
Red cabbage slaw
Dinner
Pork chops
Sauteed kale with red pepper
Spicy country cornbread (made with Atkins low carb baking mix, I would not bother personally, I don't want to start thinking 'bread' at this point)
snack
pumpkin seeds (assuming you made it to the OWL nut and seed rung, if not choose another legal snack)
So your meals need to be running something along those lines. It sabotages your weightloss efforts if you undereat, your body will just learn to conserve on you and the not eating backfires!

But I know it is SOOO hard to eat.. especially when you're just not hungry!!!
But like MOM <hehe> said, it is very important to eat enough. When you dont, your body kicks over into starvation mode and hoards everything you put in it, just in case you may be going through some kind of famine.. SIIIIIGH lol
