    Fried Chicken

Quick and easy question for the ADBB vets.

If I take the breading off of the fried chicken can I eat it or would that be bad?

    Re: Fried Chicken

I'd think it would be fine, as long as you make sure you get it all off. On the other hand, there are a couple of options for a modified breading that you could use, and be fine.... such as mashed up pork rinds, or grated parmesan cheese.

Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

Its fine in a pinch... I was at a picnic a few days ago and that was the only protein there so I just scraped the breading off and it was just fine

        Thanks, thats reassuring.
I probably wont be eating it, but just in case I like to know if something is ok or not!
