I'm not a ketchup fan, but some grocers will stock sugar free items in the health food section, especially if they cater to diabetics. Alternatively you could order online -- Walden Farms is a popular sugar free brand (S/H seems high). Finally, you could make your own.Eric

I have found some Walden Farm products in my local grocery store. But you can also order from their online store at: Online Store. They have quite a few products that are sugar free, carb free, calorie free and they don't taste too bad

If you shop online Netrition has some low carb ketchup, BBQ sauce, spaghetti sauce. You can also make your own sugar free ketchup. I found a recipe online last year and printed it out.Cheryl

Heinz also has a "lower sugar" ketchup that has only 1 gram of carbs for 2 TBS. I found it at Wal-Mart :0)"I get knocked down, but I get up again, you're never gonna keep me down!" :)

Heinz makes a one carb ketchup. We bought it a while ago, it tastes the same. Although I haven't had any in a long time.F/25/6'
