Read the label of sour cream ... but I would think 1 per serving of sour cream ... also check the label of the pork rinds ... some add carbs to them ... but for plain rinds you should be OK at 0 -

According to the list of allowed induction foods we are allowed one ounce of sour cream as one of the options for occasional use under the 'special category' sectionWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
